Cloud Mail
Our hosted or "cloud" mail are hosted collaborative mail solutions offering all the benefits and features an on-site mail server such as an Exchange server has only without the added costs of your own in house server and infrastructure. These services are provided and charged on a per mailbox basis and can be categorized as a true cloud mail service with everything you require included and provided by "the cloud". All aspects of the total solution it is covered by our technical team including backups, up-time checks, monitoring, upgrades and maintenance.
Exchange
Our hosted Exchange is based on Microsoft's collaborative mail server. Our hosted Exchange solution give you all that features without the headache and cost to maintain it yourself.

Zimbra
Our hosted Zimbra solution is an open source "Exchange look a like", it has all the benefits that Exchange has but runs on a supposedly more stable server environment. Our hosted Zimbra solution gives you all those features without the headache and cost to maintain it yourself.

Custom setup
We provide what is called a "split" set-up where we can provide Exchange or Zimbra mailboxes and normal POP mailboxes on the same domain but on separate servers thereby keeping the total cost to an organization to a minimum. This is particularly well suited to large organizations where not all employees that need mail require mail collaboration features. So we can set-up 90% of a workforce on normal POP mail and the 10% management team on a collaborative solution while everyone in the company can still send mail to each other and everyone works on the same email domain without any user intervention required.
There are also discounts available for larger deployments and in very large deployments you can even have your own server or servers upping the storage space while dramatically reducing the costs.
